Section 172-10-005 - DISCIPLINARY ACTION AND UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

A credential holder may be denied, refused renewal, or have other disciplinary measures taken against the credential for grounds specified in Neb. Rev. Stat. § 38-178, including for unprofessional conduct as set out in Neb. Rev. Stat. § 38-179.
