Section 15-4-005 - NON-DUPLICATION OF SERVICES005.01REQUIREMENTS. An Area Agency on Aging must not duplicate services between or among the Nutrition Services Incentive Program and Title III-C with Medicaid Waiver, Title VI, Title XX, or other governmental sources.
