Section 15-4-001 - SCOPE AND AUTHORITY

These rules and regulations implement Nebraska Revised Statute (Neb. Rev. Stat.) Sec. 81-2201 to 81-2227 (the Act) and the Older Americans Act of 1965 (OAA), Title III-A and Title III-C.
