A decision by the Department to revoke or deny Certification of a Care Management Unit may be appealed by the Area Agency on Aging by filing a notice of appeal with the Director of the Department within 10 days after postmark of notice by the Department. The appeal follows the procedures of the Administrative Procedures Act, Neb. Rev. Stat. Sec. 84-917.
