Section 171-1-3 - Definitions

The definitions set out in Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 81-3504 to 81-3519, are hereby incorporated by reference into these rules and regulations. In addition, the following definitions of terms shall apply:

1.3.1ASBOG^® means the National Association of State Boards of Geology.

1.3.2FG Examination means the ASBOG^® Fundamentals of Geology examination.

1.3.3PG Examination means the ASBOG^® Practice of Geology examination.

1.3.4Temporary Permit means a permit issued by the Board for use on a specific project, not lasting in duration for more than one year.

1.3.5Work, unless otherwise qualified, means the professional services comprising the practice of geology.
