The requirements of 40 CFR 280.10 as it existed on July 15, 2015 are adopted and incorporated by reference. These regulations are issued pursuant to the Nebraska Petroleum Products and Hazardous Substances Storage and Handling Act (Rev. Neb. Stat. §81-15, 117127), and are subject to enforcement, penalties and fines as set forth therein.
