Section 156-7-002

Terms shall be defined according to 24 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 100.201, attached as ATTACHMENT .A. and in the Federal Register, Volume 56, Number 44, March 6, 1991, pages 9499 to 9507, entitled Fair Housing Accessibility Guidelines, which is attached as ATTACHMENT .B. Both ATTACHMENTS .A. and .B. are attached hereto and are incorporated and adopted by reference into Title 156.
