Section 153-20-004 - Certificate of Occupancy

Upon completion of a fire safety inspection, the State Fire Marshal or appropriate State Fire Marshal delegated authority shall issue a Certificate of Occupancy in accordance with Section .002 of Chapter 22 of this Title.
