Chapter 5 - CONSTRUCTION OF RULES AND REGULATIONS

These Rules and Regulations shall be construed to effectuate the purpose of Act, and the public policy of the State of Nebraska as expressed in the the provisions of the Act, and shall not be construed or applied in a manner inconsistent with the Act,
