Section 132-10-004 - Fee Schedules

004.01 The annual operating fee for a facility under 001 of Chapter 9 of these regulations shall be:

Municipal Solid Waste Disposal Area	$ 7,500
Construction Demolition Disposal Area	750
Fossil Fuel Combustion Ash Disposal Area	1,000
Delisted Waste Disposal Area	45,000
Industrial Waste Disposal Area	2,100
Solid Waste Compost Site	2,100
Materials Recovery Facility	1,500
Solid Waste Transfer Station	500
Other Solid Waste Processing Facility	500
Land Application Unit for Repeated Disposal or Treatment of Special Waste	2,500
