Section 132-1-106 - Rough shred

"Rough shred" shall mean a piece of a shredded tire that is larger than 50 mm ( 2.0 inches) by 50 mm ( 2.0 inches) by 50 mm ( 2.0 inches), but smaller than 762 mm ( 30.0 inches) by 50 mm ( 2.0 inches) by 100 mm ( 4.0 inches).
