Each Notice of Intent Form, copy of records, annual emissions inventory, annual certification of compliance statements or other information submitted to the Department pursuant to this chapter will contain a certification signed by a responsible official, stating that, based on information and belief formed after reasonable inquiry, the information provided is true, accurate, and complete.
