The provisions of 40 CFR Part 64, as in effect on July 1, 2020, for purposes of implementing the compliance assurance monitoring program, is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference. Administrator, as used in 40 CFR § 64.2(b)(1)(i) and 40 CFR § 64.2(b)(1)(iv), means Administrator of EPA.
