Section 128-3-011 - Lists of hazardous wastes011.01 A solid waste is a hazardous waste if it is listed in Sections 011 through 016 of this Chapter unless it has been excluded from these lists under Chapter 6, 001 and 003.011.02 The Council will indicate its basis for listing the classes or types of waste listed in Sections 013 through 016 of this Chapter by employing one or more of the following Hazard Codes: Ignitable Waste .................. | (I) |
