Section 128-15-008 - Issuance and effective date of the permit

After the close of the public comment period as provided in Section 006 of this Chapter, the Director shall issue a final permit decision. The Director shall notify the applicant of the decision to issue, deny, modify, revoke and reissue, or terminate a permit and shall specify the effective date of the permit.
