A transporter who stores manifested shipments of hazardous waste in containers meeting the requirements of Chapter 10, 003.01A for a period of ten days or less is not subject to regulation with respect to the storage of those wastes. A transporter who stores hazardous waste for more than ten days must comply with the permit requirements of Chapters 12 through 15.
