These hazardous waste transporter requirements establish standards which apply to persons transporting hazardous waste within or through the State of Nebraska if such transportation requires a manifest as specified under this Chapter and Chapters 9 (Small Quantity Generators) and 10 (Large Quantity Generators) of these regulations. Certain hazardous wastes defined as and managed as universal wastes are transported according to Title 128, Chapter 25.
