"Conditionally exempt small quantity generator" means a generator who generates no more than 100 kilograms of hazardous waste in a month, and accumulates no more than a total of 1,000 kilograms of hazardous waste. If a conditionally exempt small quantity generator also generates acute hazardous waste, those acute hazardous wastes are subject to the exemptions and regulations of Chapter 8.
