Section 126-1-029 - Non-dedicated paunch manure application site

"Non-dedicated paunch manure application site" means land where paunch manure is applied at a low rate (less than ten (10) dry tons per acre per cropping season) with the primary purpose of enhancing crop growth and on-site storage is not practiced. Such sites need not be permitted.
