Section 122-8-001

The Director may issue an area permit on an area basis rather than for each well individually, provided that the area permit is for injection wells and/or mineral production wells:

001.01 Described and identified by location in permit application(s), if they are existing wells;

001.02 Within the same well field, facility site, reservoir, project, or similar unit in the same State;

001.03 Of similar construction;

001.04 Of the same class as determined under Chapter 2 of this Title; and

001.05 Operated by a single owner or operator.
