Section 119-5-004 - Who Applies?

Thermal discharges and cooling water intake structures. All of 40 CFR part 125 , Subparts H and I pertaining to criteria for determining alternative effluent limitations and requirements applicable to cooling water intake structures are adopted and incorporated by this reference.
