Section 119-1-018 - Major Municipal Wastewater Treatment Facility

"Major Municipal Wastewater Treatment Facility" means a municipal wastewater treatment facility that has a design flow of 1 MGD (million gallons per day) or greater or a service population of 10,000 or greater.
