Section 110-7-2 - Minimum Organizational Requirements7.2.1 The minimum requirement for an organization to practice engineering in Nebraska is to have one professional engineer for engineering practice for the duration of the certificate of authorization.7.2.2 The minimum requirement for an organization to practice architecture in Nebraska is to have one architect for architectural practice for the duration of the certificate of authorization.7.2.3 The minimum requirement for an organization to practice engineering and architecture in Nebraska is to have one professional engineer and one architect for engineering and architectural practice for the duration of the certificate of authorization.7.2.4 The architect and/or professional engineer must be licensed to practice in the State of Nebraska and must regularly perform professional services for the organization.110 Neb.
