Section 67-4-001 - Commission and Committee Notification

The owner or operators of portable fertilizer manufacturing plant or the manufacturing location shall provide the following notifications

001.01 Telephone notification as required by Section 002 no less than 24 hours and no more than 21 days prior to the actual time of placing the plant into service at each location.

001.02 Written notification as required by Section 003 below for each new or modified location before or on the tenth calendar day prior to the earliest possible date for placing the plant into service at the new or modified location.
