Section 97-6-006 - Rent Schedule According to Classification And Other Factors

The Board shall adopt a rental schedule according to classification in such county. In arriving at such schedule of valuation, the Board shall consider the sale price and the average crop production of other lands in the county, the rental value of other lands similarly situated, and any other relevant factors bearing upon the valuation of such educational lands.
