All regular employees have grievance rights. Applicants, temporary employees, contract employees, and employees on original probation have no grievance rights within this Chapter. An employee who has successfully completed an original probation period will retain grievance rights during subsequent probation periods per Chapter 5, Section 003, of this Title.
