Section 79-8,140 of the Revised Statutes of Nebraska (R.R.S.) provides that the State Board of Education may adopt and promulgate rules and regulations to determine teacher shortage areas and to carry out the Excellence in Teaching Act, which includes the Attracting Excellence to Teaching Program and the Enhancing Excellence in Teaching Program.
Title 92, Nebraska Administrative Code, Chapter 24 (92 NAC 24), contains regulations relating to endorsements.
