Section 92-13-005 - Letter of Acknowledgment

Upon receipt by the Commissioner of the a properly completed Form A signed by all parents or legal guardians, a properly completed Form B signed by the authorized parent representative, and the information required in Section 004, the election to operate an exempt school is effective, and the Commissioner will direct that a letter acknowledging such receipt be sent to the authorized parent representative and reported to the school district where the child resides. For initial year filings, the election is effective upon receipt by the Commissioner of the properly completed Forms A and B, but continued effectiveness is contingent on the receipt of the information required in Section 004.
