When the Director of the State of Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (Director) receives an order of the Nebraska Supreme Court directing the enforcement of a sentence of death, that order will be carried out pursuant to Laws 2009, L.B. 36. The Director has the authority to create and modify this protocol.
