The Warden or designee shall review the decision of the institutional disciplinary committee. The Warden may modify or decrease the sanctions imposed by the disciplinary committee, but may not increase the severity of those sanctions. The Warden's responsibilities under this paragraph may not be delegated to anyone who served as a member of the disciplinary committee hearing the case to be reviewed.
