009.01 A declaratory order is subject to review in the manner provided for review of contested cases by the Administrative Procedure Act, Neb. Rev. Stat. § 84-901 - § 84-920. Specific procedures for appeal are set forth in Neb. Rev. Stat. § 84-917.
