Section 288-4-001 - Organization of the Board001.01 The Board shall hold an organizational meeting each year. At such meeting, the Board shall elect from its own members a chair, a vice-chair and a secretary.001.02 At the organizational meeting, the Board may establish the dates on which the regular meetings of the Board will he held.288 Neb.
