Section 51-9-001 - APPLICATION REQUIRED FOR EXAMINATION

Any person desiring to take the examination for a license to practice barbering shall make application to the Board at least fifteen (15) days before the examination, on a form provided by the Board, and sworn to by the applicant. Such application shall be accompanied by the examination fee, license issuance fee and such documents and affidavits as are necessary to show the eligibility of the candidate to take such examination.
