Section 51-17-014 - Negotiated rulemaking committee; termination

A negotiated rulemaking committee shall terminate upon the adoption of the final rule under consideration by the Board pursuant to the APA, unless the Board, after consulting the committee, or the committee itself, specifies an earlier termination date.
