Section 48-39-016 - DISCLOSURE

Nothing in this Rule is intended to, or should be construed as, in any way relieving issuers or persons acting on behalf of issuers from providing to prospective investors disclosure adequate to satisfy the provisions of Section 8-1102(1) of the Act.
