Section 48-18-007 - SOLICITATION RESTRICTIONNeither the issuer nor any person acting on its behalf shall offer or sell the securities by any form of general solicitation or general advertising, including, but not limited to, the following:
007.01 Any advertisement, article, notice or other communication published in any newspaper, magazine, or similar media or broadcast over television or radio;007.02 Any advertisement, article, notice, spam or junk electronic mail, or other general communication placed on, or delivered by means of, the Internet; and007.03 Any seminar or meeting to which attendees have been invited by any general solicitation or general advertising.48 Neb.
