Section 33-1-002 - Definitions

The definitions of terms contained in the Nebraska Livestock Sellers Protective Act shall apply when such terms are used in these rules and regulations. In addition, the term "bond equivalent" shall mean a trust agreement fully complying with the laws of the State of Nebraska and these rules and regulations.
