Section 25-12-003 - Definitions

003.01 Petition to Remove Weed from County Control Program

The term "Act" shall mean the Agricultural Liming Materials Act, Neb. Rev. Stat. § 2-4301 to 2-4327 (Reissue 1983).

003.02 Petition to Remove Weed from County Control Program

The terms defined in the Act shall have the same meaning in these regulations.

003.03 Petition to Remove Weed from County Control Program

The "Bureau" shall mean the Department of Agriculture's Bureau of Plant Industry.

003.04 Petition to Remove Weed from County Control Program

"AOAC" shall mean the Association of Official Analytical Chemists.
