Section 276-8-003 - AMOUNT OF AWARDThe Board will determine awards for suggestions adopted and implemented by the agency and provided to the Director of Personnel of the Department of Administrative Services.
003.01 The award amount will be determined in accordance with Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 81-1350 and 81-1351 and will be determined by the amount of savings of money appropriated in the biennium budget of the year the suggestion was adopted.003.02 The Board may delay determining the amount of the award in cases where the cost savings from the suggestion are not determined.003.03 In the case of suggestions submitted by a group of employees, the Board will determine the division of the award among the employees.276 Neb.
