Section 273-10-001 - PERFORMANCE STANDARDS/EXPECTATIONS

Agencies shall establish performance goals and expectations for their employees and must communicate such to each employee. Performance feedback, whether favorable or unfavorable, should be communicated to the employee frequently and in writing whenever practical.
