Section 4-8-(7) - Person Paying For the Production, Distribution or Posting of Printed Material

If an individual acts as an agent for another in paying for the printing, production, distribution or posting of printed political materials or is to be reimbursed by another for the payment, that individual is not the person paying for the production, distribution or posting of political material. The ultimate source of the payment is the person who pays for the production, distribution or posting of printed material.
