Section 4-8-(1) - Scope and Application

This rule designates the items relating to a candidate or a committee which are printed or reproduced at the request of a candidate or committee which are exempt from the disclaimer requirements of section 49-1474.01 and establishes rules and regulations determining the size and placement of disclaimers on non-exempt items relating to a candidate or committee which are printed or reproduced at the request of such a candidate or committee.
