Section 4-7-7 - DUTY TO AMEND STATEMENT OF ORGANIZATION ON FILE

All statements of organization on file at the time this rule becomes effective shall be amended to include the information required by this rule when the next Campaign Statement for such committee is required to be filed. Pursuant to § 49-1451, R.R.S., 1943, any person who fails to report such information or change thereof shall pay to the Commission a late filing fee of $ 10.00 for each day such information or change remains not reported in violation of this rule not to exceed $ 300.00.
