Section 4-5-(3) - RIGHT OF THE PUBLIC TO BE HEARD

Except during closed sessions and hearings in contested cases, the public shall have a right to attend and be heard at public meetings of the Commission, and all or any part of the meetings of the Commission may be recorded by any person in attendance by means of a tape recorder of any other means of sonic reproduction or in writing. Unless otherwise provided by resolution of the Commission at any regular or special meeting, such rights to attend and be heard and the use of recording equipment shall be subject to the direction of the chairperson.
