Section 4-4-007 - PRESERVATION OF RECORDS

The records of a committee shall be preserved for a period of five (5) years following the dissolution of the committee. The preservation of committee records is the responsibility of the committee treasurer. In the case of a candidate committee, the preservation of committee records is the joint responsibility of the committee treasurer and the candidate.
