Rule 8.97.716 - SCOPE OF SUBCHAPTER 7(1) This subchapter shall govern the submittal of and processing of applications to the board for financing and the purchase of obligations under the Act including, but not limited to, the INTERCAP revolving program 8.97.910 8.97.920.
