Rule 8.22.3602 - REQUIREMENTS OF LICENSEE(1) Licensees providing trifecta wagering shall, in addition to other requirements, comply with the requirements of this rule.(2) Entry horses will be allowed in a trifecta race in which there are sufficient other betting interests, as determined by the licensee and stewards.Mont.
