Rule 8.22.2405 - INTERVENTION(1) Any person having an interest in the subject matter of any proceeding may petition for leave to intervene in such proceeding and may become a party thereto, if the board finds that such person may be bound by the order to be entered in the proceeding or that such person has a property of financial interest which may not be adequately represented by existing parties.Mont.
