Rule 8.111.706 - QUALIFYING PROPERTY(1) The property to be purchased with a veteran's loan must be: (a) located in the state of Montana;(b) actually occupied by the borrower as the borrower's primary residence;(c) if manufactured housing, de-titled and fixed to a permanent foundation.
