Rule 8.111.701 - PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE(1) These rules are adopted to implement the Montana Veterans' Home Loan Act, Title 90, chapter 6, sections 1 through 6, MCA. These rules provide explanation and guidance to loan applicants and participating lenders and servicers.
